
Looking for a quick and delicious appetizer to whip up for your next dinner party or to bring to a summer bbq? These loaded tater tot cups were such a hit! I’ll definitely be making them again. All I had to do was smash two tater tots with a spoon into a mini muffin pan to bake and top with sour cream, cheese, chives and bacon! You really can include or exclude any toppings and ingredients of your choice! I also made a vegetarian version without bacon for the non meat eaters. Hope you enjoy!

Recipe:
• 1 bag frozen tater tots
• cheddar cheese to sprinkle
• sour cream (squeeze kind)
• mini chives
• precooked bacon bits
Preheat oven according to tater tot instructions and bake until golden. Add 2 tots to each cup on the mini muffin pan and smash them together with a spoon. Bake the tots until crispy and take out to place on serving dish to cool. Cook bacon bits in microwave or pan. Swirl sour cream on each top and sprinkle with cheese, chopped chives and bacon crumbles. Enjoy!
