
RECIPE:
Ingredients
• 1 can pinto beans
• 1 can yellow corn
• 2 cups of chicken broth
• 2 cups cream cheese
• half pepper jack cheese block (cubed)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 whole rotisserie chicken
• 1/2 cup green chilies
• 2 jalepenos sliced
• 1-2 cups heavy cream
• 1 shallot diced
• seasoning: cayenne pepper, cumin, salt/pepper
Start your crockpot on high, add the shredded chicken and all the other ingredients into the pot except the heavy cream. Mix together and close the lid. Let sit on high for 2-4 hours then add heavy cream. Mix again and cover for additional 2-4 hours. Serve with fresh cilantro, cheese and other toppings!
